Funny things about our food:
Can you guess which eggs came from Costco and which from Sprouts? Which one do we think has more nutrients?
I remember when I was in Germany the eggs were this brilliant orange color. I thought gross these must been totally fake eggs to be so orange. Now I realize it is our eggs that are lacking. More nutrients in the darker color and our poor chickens usually don’t get what they need to make that rich orange color. Now I like orange eggs much better.
